We actively purchase single-family and multifamily properties, manufactured and mobile homes, small apartment complexes (under 14 units), duplexes and the like, and RV parks throughout Tucson and the surrounding areas. We specialize in distressed properties, pre-foreclosures, rental units (occupied or vacant), and situations involving tired landlords or properties in need of significant repairs—the more value-add potential, the better. AKA we love to get our hands dirty.
