No. Not every conversation leads to selling a home. Our goal is to help you understand your options and choose what’s best for your situation. Building a relationship with someone is always the priority, that way we know what solutions might work best for you... even if that means you don't sell to us.
Many homeowners we work with prefer not to make repairs or renovations. We actually prefer you don't do anything. It saves you money, and we can do the work with licensed contractors, often finding hidden things that need attention, so we can have a beautiful and safe home to sell.
This makes taking that next step to sell much easier! Less to worry about!
Yes. We treat every inquiry with discretion and respect. Your privacy is always a priority.
Every situation is different. If timing is a concern, especially in pre-foreclosure situations, we’ll talk through your timeline and explain what options may be available. Closings can be done in as little as 2 weeks, although for the best chance of success, we prefer to have 30 days to close.
While we have strong roots in Arizona, our network spans all 50 states. We work with experienced professionals across the country.
There is no cost or obligation to have an initial conversation. We believe clarity should come before commitment.
*Our legal team has made us remove our previous statement of accepting baked goods as a bribe to work with us. Altho we disagree with them, they used big legaleze terms and ultimately won.
