  • We may update or change the Site, and we may modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. (Even though we find this tedious stuff and probably won't)​

  • When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date below, and your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.​

Governing law and venue

  • These Terms and any dispute or claim related to them or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.​

  • You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.​

Severability and waiver

  • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.​

  • No waiver by Mirror Path Properties LLC of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.(more tedious legal mumbo jumbo)​
